Product Technical Specifications Seating area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Roof area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in). Overall height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood characteristics: The gazebo is constructed from premium Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are machined with a dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and an overall size tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood features: - Knots: up to four sound knots per meter; total knot diameter shall not exceed one‑quarter of the member’s width. No rot, split, fused, or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: ring cracks are prohibited; hair‑line cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permitted within tolerance. - Resin pockets: maximum length 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, limited to one per meter. No dripping or sucking resin, inner sapwood, rot holes, or insect holes are permitted. - Bending: deflection limited to 1/50 of the member length; impact marks not greater than 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: maximum 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Saw‑blade deflection: tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces are sanded smooth and finished with white lacquer. Primary supports: Six pine legs, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), are cut with diamond‑tipped knives and feature decorative motifs. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof structure: Roof support beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in), with two corners routed. Beam tops are fastened with pressure‑treated wood cladding or fiber material. Tar‑coated membranes are applied using wide‑head nails, followed by American cedar shingles secured with the same nails. The fascia board consists of 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) strips, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof beams with galvanized screws. The roof frame includes eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut to specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, linking the primary supports to the fascia board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between primary supports and roof employ specially galvanized wood screws. Dovecote: Height 450 mm (17.7 in); roof beams are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in). Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) slats are installed between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members at 30 mm (1.2 in) intervals. Beams are fastened with shiplap boards, tar‑coated membranes, and wide‑head nails, then covered with shingle roofing that features a clover‑leaf pattern. The eaves board uses 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑tipped decorative knife. Lower panels (railings): Height 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged with decorative diamond cuts. Frames are mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), cut with special diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Upper panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide and built similarly to the lower railings using 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with decorative edges, mounted with galvanized wood screws. The same 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) decorative pieces are used and installed with galvanized screws. Seating unit: Consists of six 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each anchored at one end to the support structure and at the other end to the seating frame. Each side of the frame is fitted with four wooden slats shaped by diamond‑tipped decorative knives and secured with special galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are fastened with screws to the base of the supports and tied to the ground with steel dowels to prevent water contact and provide secure footings. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanged plates, welded on both sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for structural attachment, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked. Pressure treatment: All wooden elements are pressure‑treated according to applicable specifications.
