Shingle Color: Green Seating Unit: Included Table: Not included Wood Characteristics The wood used is first‑grade Scots pine. Sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions tolerances ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, total knot width not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no decay, defects, fused or fallen knots. Cracks: no ring cracks; micro‑cracks of 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) may be present. Pressure‑treated material may show head and length cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: one per meter, max 10 cm (3.9 in) long; no dripping, pull‑out resin, inner shell, rot cavity, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects; only tolerances may cause deviations. Flexure: deflection ≤ 1/50 of member length. Impact: marks ≤ 1/100 of member width. Twist: ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending to the grain: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary Supports Support posts consist of six pine lumber pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades and given a motif. Posts are 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof Structure The roof frame is built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood laths; two corners of each lath are routed. Laths are fastened with wood screws to laminate or fiber material. Laminate receives zinc‑coated membranes secured with large‑head special nails. The roof is then covered with American cedar‑shingle‑type material using the same nails. The eave board is mounted with galvanized wood screws onto wooden laths (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) milled with diamond‑tipped blades. The roof connection consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths, cut at specific angles and routed, forming a truss attached to the support posts on one side and to the eave board on the other. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized screws are used for primary‑support‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, mounted to the primary support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, also attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing) Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑tipped edges, mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood cut with diamond‑tipped blades and installed with galvanized screws and clear wood adhesive. Seating Unit The seating unit has eight wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) attached to the support posts at one end and to the seating frame at the other. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑giving blades shape each side of the seating frame, which is fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to the bottom of each support post, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the bases with screws and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the posts. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from flanged sections at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, wrapped around two sides of the vertical members and welded. Six special screws are installed on each foot for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per foot for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
