PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks meeting specifications may appear but must remain within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No more than one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot holes, or insect holes are permitted. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact deformation will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Maximum 2 mm (0.1 in) twist per meter of length. - Saw tooth bend: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Primary Supports: Eight support legs will be fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber with diamond‑tipped, motif‑incised blades. Each leg will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s supporting slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners routed for shaping. The slats will be fastened with wood screws to a wooden under‑lath or fiber material. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads will attach the lath, followed by American cedar‑shingle roofing secured with the same nails. The eave board will use 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped, motif‑incised wooden slats, mounted with galvanized screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, joining the main support to the eave board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws will be used for main‑support to roof connections. Pigeon Loft: The pigeon loft is 450 mm (17.7 in) high, with roof slats made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood. Between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) woods, 30 mm (1.2 in) spaced 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) wooden battens will be installed. The slats will be screwed to tar‑treated wooden lambris; zinc‑coated wide‑head nails will secure the lambris, and the roof will be shingled with American cedar shingles. The eave board will use 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) diamond‑tipped, motif‑incised wood. Upper Panels: Upper guardrails are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood edges sanded on all sides and beveled with diamond‑tipped blades, mounted to the primary support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are crafted from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped motif blades and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood similarly sanded and beveled, mounted with galvanized screws to the primary support. Intermediate motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood are installed with galvanized screws and clear specialized wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating slats. Each side receives four wooden seating slats shaped with diamond‑tipped motif blades and secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will have a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) welding pad welded onto it; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be bolted to the underside of the legs, and the structure will be tied to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents wood contact with water and secures the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated from at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges, welded on two sides, and fastened with six specialized screws per leg. Two dowel screws will be used per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating in a furnace.
