Technical Features: - Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) - Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) - Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood: The gazebo is constructed from first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). All lumber is cut to a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), with overall dimensions within ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter may contain up to four solid knots, each knot not exceeding one‑quarter of the board’s width. Rot, checks, partially fused or fallen knots, ring cracks, and insect holes are not permitted. Fine micro‑cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are allowed within tolerance, as are pressure‑treated cracks. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter and may not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; leaking resin, inner bark, decay cavities, or insect holes are prohibited. No manufacturing defects are present beyond the stated tolerances. Bending deflection is limited to 1/50 of the part length, impact marks to 1/100 of the part width, and twist to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight pine beams (90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in)) with diamond‑tipped decorative cuts serve as the support legs, each 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: Roof‑support slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in); two corners are routed, then covered with wood veneer or fiberboard and sealed with tarred membranes fastened by wide‑head nails. The roof is finished with American cedar shingles. The ledger board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also cut with diamond knives and attached with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond knives, linking the main supports to the ledger. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main supports and the roof use special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon: height is 450 mm (17.7 in). Roof slats are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), with 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) battens spaced 30 mm (1.2 in) between upper and lower pieces. The slats are fastened with shiplap wood lambris, tarred membranes, wide‑head nails, and shingles. The eave board is 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Railing Panels: Upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with beveled edges cut by diamond knives and mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), also diamond‑cut and secured with galvanized screws. Lower Railing Panels: Lower railings are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and constructed similarly, using galvanized screws and a transparent wood adhesive for added strength. Seating Unit: The seating unit includes eight L‑shaped wooden legs (4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)); each leg attaches to a support and to a seating slat. Four diamond‑cut slats are installed on each side, all secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Steel brackets, flanges, dowels, and bolts anchor the support legs to the ground. All metal components are welded and powder‑coated to prevent water contact with the wood and to ensure a stable installation. Impregnation: (details omitted).
