Lumber is cut to a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), with overall dimensions within ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood quality includes up to four solid knots per meter, none exceeding one‑quarter of the board width, and no rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots. Ring cracks are not allowed; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter and may not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; leaking resin, internal rot, insect holes, or cavities are prohibited. No manufacturing defects are present beyond the listed tolerances. Bending deflection is limited to 1/50 of the piece length, impact marks to 1/100 of the piece width, and twist to no more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Shear tolerance is between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Main Supports: Eight pine beams (90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑tip knives and bearing decorative motifs serve as the support legs, each 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof Structure: Support slats for the roof are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat are milled, then covered with wood‑backed clapboard or fiber material and fastened with screws. Wide‑head galvanized nails attach zinc‑coated membranes to the clapboard, followed by an American‑style shingle roof secured with the same nails. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative slats, also cut with diamond‑tip knives, mounted to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections employ special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides with diamond knives. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative strips are 2.5 cm (1 in) thick, 10 cm (3.9 in) wide laminated wood, also fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchor holes are drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are screwed to the underside of the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded on at least two sides of the flange, with six special screws per leg for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked. Impregnation:...
