Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in) and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable knots are up to four solid knots per metre, each no larger than one‑quarter the piece width; knots must be free of rot, decay, partial fusing, or falling out, and ring cracks are not allowed (only micro‑cracks of 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) are permitted). Pressure‑treated resin pockets are limited to one per metre, no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), and must be free of leaking resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the stated tolerances may occur. Flexibility does not exceed 1/50 of the piece length, impact marks are limited to 1/100 of the width, twist is limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre, and spring‑back is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Support legs are made from six pieces of 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: The roof frame uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rail are milled for shaping, then the tops are fastened with wood screws to either cladded lap or fiber material. American‑style cedar shingles are installed with wide‑head nails, followed by a 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wooden rail attached to the roof rail with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main support‑to‑roof connections employ special galvanized wood screws. Side Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides with diamond‑tipped knives and edged. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are cut from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber using diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. The gate uses two pieces of minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wood. Seating Unit: The seating unit comprises nine L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)). One end of each leg is attached to the support structure, the other to a seating rail, and each leg receives four seating rails secured with special galvanized screws. On the L‑legs, twelve seating rails (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 300 cm (118 in) long) and eight shorter seating rails (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 100 cm (39.4 in) long) are installed; all are shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) steel plate; two anchor holes are drilled into each 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 mm (0.6 x 0.3 in) plate. Anchors are mounted with screws to the base of the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable mounting. Gazebo anchors are welded to the flange with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on at least two sides. Each support foot receives six special screws for vertical connections and two dowel screws for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a furnace.
