Product Technical Features Seating Area: 400 x 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 x 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood used for manufacture will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Each piece may contain up to four solid knots; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated conditions may allow specified head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No resin pockets longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); at most one per piece. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the stated tolerances are allowed. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact indentations will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Bending: Bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Eight support legs will be made from 90 x 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special knives to create a motif. Leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof Structure: Roof bearing beams will be fabricated from 50 x 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each beam will be routed for shaping. The top of the beams will be fastened with wood‑on‑wood laminate or fiber material. Shingles known as American cedar shingle will be installed with wide‑head special nails, followed by a zinc‑coated membrane secured with wide‑head nails. A front board of 30 x 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) dimension, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, will be mounted on the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame will be assembled using eight 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; one end attaches to the main support, the other to the front board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws; roof‑to‑support connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The upper guardrails are 40 cm (15.7 in) high. Guardrail frames are 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives to create decorative edges. Frames will be mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative separators are made from wood and will be fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): The lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 x 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded and cut with diamond‑tipped knives. They will be secured to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional decorative motifs of 40 x 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be attached with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight L‑shaped wooden legs, minimum 4 x 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), each attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating beam. Four decorative beams per side will be shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened with galvanized screws. Anchorage: A flange measuring 18 x 13 x 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 x 8 x 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate to be drilled for two anchor holes. Additional 15 x 8 x 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates will have three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes each. Anchors will be fastened with screws to the supports and connected to the ground with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and secures the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) bead on at least two sides of the flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for connection to the upright, and two dowelled screws per leg for ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based coating. Impregnation.
