Product Technical Features Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The structure uses first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Individual wood sections are cut with a maximum dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, each no larger than one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; microscopic cracks of 1‑2 mm (0.1 in) are acceptable if within tolerance. - Resin pockets: No resin pocket longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); at most one per meter. No leaking or sucking resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None beyond the allowed tolerances. - Flexure: Deflection not greater than 1/50 of the member length; impact deflection not greater than 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending to grain: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Carrier legs are made from eight pine lumber pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. The carrier‑leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Roof‑frame members are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners routed for shaping. The tops are fastened with pressure‑treated wooden cladding or fiber material. Zinc‑coated membranes are attached with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by American cedar shingle roofing. The eave board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wood with diamond‑tipped motifs, secured with galvanized wood screws. The roof‑connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members, each corner cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, attached to the main carrier and the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; main‑to‑roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon: height is 450 mm (17.7 in), built from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) roof members. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) slats are spaced 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood pieces. Members are fastened with shiplap wooden boards, zinc‑coated membranes, and shingle roofing as described above. The eave board uses 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑tipped motif knife. Upper Panels: Upper guardrail width is 40 cm (15.7 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, also shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): Lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded and edged similarly, attached with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), installed with galvanized screws and transparent specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), each attached to the carrier and to the seating beams with four diamond‑tipped motif cuts per side, secured with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each carrier leg an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs with screws and connected to the floor with steel dowels, keeping wood away from water and providing stable footings. Flanges are welded on at least two sides with a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) gap. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two doweled screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal components receive a powder‑coat of polyester‑based paint. Impregnation: All wood components are pressure‑impregnated for durability.
