Polyethylene products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in many applications. It is semi‑permeable, soft‑moldable and highly durable, offering low cost and high resistance, which makes it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into several categories. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure and branching. General traits include good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments used for coloring must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade components. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Carrier construction: The carrier structure consists of circular‑section steel tubes cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in). Tubes are welded with high‑frequency welding and coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint applied in a sand‑blasting oven. Electrostatic powder paint: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are sprayed with compressed air to open micro‑pores. After sandblasting, components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. They then undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % concentration oil‑removal bath, followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % concentration iron‑removal bath, rinsing, drying, and final curing at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. All welds are fully coated after welding to prevent corrosion.
