It is semi‑permeable, soft‑able, and highly durable while offering low cost and high resistance, making it popular in industry. Based on density and chemical properties, polyethylene is classified into several categories. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching type. Although properties vary, polyethylene generally provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofing, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Minimum wall thickness is 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure or friction and 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Dimensional tolerance is ±5 %. Carrier Construction: The supporting structure consists of circular‑section steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in), wall thickness at least 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards, and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine stainless‑steel shot is blown onto the parts to further prepare the surface. After coating with polyester‑based electrostatic powder, the parts are cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Following fabrication, components undergo a 10‑minute dip at 70 °C in a 5 % degreasing bath, then a 15‑minute dip at 50 °C in a 1 % iron bath, followed by rinsing and drying. Finally, the metal parts are baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams are fully painted after welding to prevent rust.
