It is semi‑permeable, pliable and highly durable, offering low cost and strong resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, and chemicals. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure and branching. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts under pressure or friction and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Thickness uniformity and dimensional tolerance are ±5 %. Carrier Construction: The carrier consists of cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), complying with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476 and DIN 2394. Tubes are welded by high‑frequency welding and finished with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coating applied after sandblasting. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot is blown into the cavity under pressure to open pores, then parts are cleaned in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath for 10 minutes, followed by a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath for 15 minutes, rinsed, dried, and coated. The powder coat is cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Final welding seams are fully coated to prevent corrosion.
