It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and strong resistance. Depending on density and chemical composition, polyethylene is classified into several categories. Mechanical properties vary with molecular weight, crystal structure, and degree of branching, but the material generally provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, modest mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar parts. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Product thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas subject to pressure or abrasion and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Material distribution must be uniform to achieve consistent thickness. Dimensional tolerance for thickness and measurements is ±5 %. Carrier Construction: The carrier structure consists of circular‑section steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), complying with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394. Tubes are cold‑formed and welded using high‑frequency welding within the specified tolerances. After fabrication, the steel tubes are sandblasted and coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are then blasted with compressed air to further open the pores and clean the surface. The parts are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes. After coating, components undergo a degreasing bath at 70 °C (5 % solution) for 10 minutes, followed by a zinc‑phosphate bath at 50 °C (1 % solution) for 15 minutes, then rinsed and dried. The final finish is a durable polyester powder paint applied in an outdoor‑compatible electrostatic system and baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. All welds are fully painted after welding to prevent corrosion.
