It is semi‑transparent, softens easily, and is highly durable. Its low cost and high resistance make it a favorite in industry. Polyethylene is classified by density and chemical composition; mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. Across all grades, it offers good outdoor and moisture resistance, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar items. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the part is subject to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑pressure items such as barriers and shade structures. Material must be uniformly distributed to achieve consistent thickness. Product thickness and dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. Electrostatic powder coating: All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot is blasted onto the parts with compressed air to open micro‑pores and eliminate surface contaminants. After fabrication, the metal parts are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint and baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. They then undergo a 10‑minute degreasing bath at 70 °C (5 % concentration), followed by a 15‑minute iron‑removal bath at 50 °C (1 % concentration). After rinsing and drying, a durable polyester‑based outdoor powder coating is applied and baked at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes. Weld seams are fully painted after welding to protect against corrosion.
