Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 430 × 530 cm (169 x 209 in) Safety Area: 730 × 830 cm (287 x 327 in) Slide Connection Height: 150 cm (59.1 in) Maximum Users: 3 User Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier frame is fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes that comply with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394. Tubes have a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in). After high‑frequency welding, the tubes are sand‑blasted and finished with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat. The upper ends are sealed with polyethylene caps secured by a minimum of two half‑sphere aluminum rivets to keep out water, moisture, and foreign material. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connectors. The lower ends are welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installations on hard ground, the flanges are anchored to the substrate with steel expansion bolts (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes. For soil installations, an anchoring system employs four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) steel plate flange, which is attached to a 200 mm (7.9 in)‑high sand‑blasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall). All carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tubing, weld seams, or splices are permitted. Platforms, railings, or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes. When mounting plastic‑coated or steel platforms, flanges with at least 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to match the platform’s corner geometry and hole pattern. CTP (Cam Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for "Cam Fiber Reinforced Plastic." It is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar components. The composite consists of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, providing higher mechanical strength than base polyester. CTP behaves like wood, concrete, metal, or glass but can be tailored to specific performance needs, offering advantages over traditional materials. It resists climate variations, temperature changes, chlorinated water, and a wide range of chemicals, and it does not become electrically charged or conductive. Glass fibers are woven into a fine, flexible fabric placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, sand‑able, and paintable. A performance gelcoat containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers provides UV, heat (up to 215 °C), and abrasion resistance, preventing yellowing, fading, or chalking. Two coats are applied: a 450 g/m², two‑coat layer and a 600 g/m², one‑coat layer, each with a 0.80 µm film thickness. A 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber sheet is then built over a CE‑92 N8 polyester resin, delivering high mechanical durability for general‑purpose CTP applications. No post‑production coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products Linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, and roofs. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and excellent chemical resistance. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, polyethylene shows good resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. For color stability, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barrier or shade elements. Thickness tolerances are ±5%. Electrostatic Powder Coating All metal components are first sand‑blasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. A fine‑grain powder is then sprayed with compressed air, forming a coating that adheres to the cleaned metal surface.
