Technical specifications: Dimensions: 530 × 730 cm (209 x 287 in). Safety area: 830 × 1030 cm (327 x 406 in). Slide platform height: 150 cm (59.1 in). Capacity: 3 users. Recommended age: 3 years and up. Load‑bearing structure: The main support is built from circular steel with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and wall thickness of 2.5 mm (0.1 in), meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476 and DIN 2394. Pipes are cold‑formed, high‑frequency welded, sandblasted and coated with an electrostatically applied, oven‑cured polyester powder finish. The tops are sealed with injection‑molded, hemispherical polyethylene caps fastened with at least two aluminum rivets to keep out water, moisture and debris. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted pipes (≥ 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles with cast‑aluminum or injection‑molded polyamide fasteners. The base of each load‑bearing is welded to a flange at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For concrete or hard‑ground installations, posts are anchored with steel expansion bolts (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through pre‑drilled 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flange. For soil or soft‑ground installations, an anchoring system uses a sandblasted (minimum 200 mm (7.9 in) high, 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall) welded with four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts and a steel plate flange of at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). Load‑bearing posts are seamless, single‑piece, with no joints, welds or visible seams along the main length. Platforms, railings, and clamps are not welded directly to the main posts; instead, custom connection flanges (minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) thickness) are welded at the appropriate levels to match platform corner profiles and mounting holes. FRP (fiberglass‑reinforced polyester) components: FRP is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories and roofs. It consists of unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers, providing high strength, weather resistance, temperature stability and chemical resistance (including chlorinated water). The material is non‑conductive and antistatic. The surface features an isophthalic/NPG‑based, acrylic‑modified performance gelcoat applied at 0.80 µm in two colored coats, delivering UV‑yellowing resistance, color stability and thermal fatigue resistance up to 215 °C for short periods. The laminate consists of two layers of 450 g/m² chopped strand mat and one layer of 600 g/m² woven roving saturated with CE 92 N8 polyester resin, creating a solid 5 mm (0.2 in) composite. Color is integral to the material, so no post‑painting is required. Polyethylene components: Made from linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE), a durable, semi‑translucent, impact‑resistant thermoplastic suitable for outdoor playgrounds. UV‑stable color masterbatches have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness is at least 6 mm (0.2 in) on high‑friction and load‑bearing surfaces and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) on low‑stress parts such as canopies and barriers. Material thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Electrostatic powder coating: All metal parts are shot‑blasted in a sealed chamber with fine‑grit media to remove grease, oil, dirt and rust, and to micro‑etch the surface for optimum adhesion before the electrostatic powder coating is applied.
