PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 530 × 550 cm (209 x 217 in) Safety Area: 830 × 850 cm (327 x 335 in) Slide Connection Height: 150 cm (59.1 in) Maximum Users: 3 User Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier frame is fabricated from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are joined by high‑frequency welding within standard tolerances for dimensions and cross‑sections. After sandblasting, the tubes receive a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat in an oven. The upper ends are sealed with polyethylene caps secured by at least two half‑sphere aluminum rivets applied by injection molding to keep out water, moisture, and debris. Vertically and horizontally oriented sandblasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are connected at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide fittings. The lower ends are welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For hard‑ground installations, the carrier tubes are anchored with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted into 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system consisting of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange is used on a sandblasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall) that stands at least 200 mm (7.9 in) tall. The carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no added sections, weld seams, or joint marks are present. Platforms, railings, or brackets are not welded directly to the carrier tubes, but plastic‑coated or steel platforms can be attached using flanges of at least 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness that match the platform corners and bolt holes. CTP (CAM ELYAF TAKVIYELI POLYESTER) PRODUCTS CTP stands for “Cam Elyafi Takviyeli Polyester,” which translates to glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyester. CTP is used to manufacture slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar components. It is a composite made of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, providing higher mechanical strength. Compared with wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other materials, CTP allows easy customization of properties for specific applications. The material resists climate changes, temperature swings, chlorinated water, and chemical agents, and it does not become electrically charged or conductive, making it suitable for outdoor use. CTP consists of glass fibers woven into a thin, flexible fabric placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and a catalyst, then cured layer by layer. The result is a strong, lightweight product that can be sanded to a smooth, paint‑ready surface. A performance gelcoat pigment with isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers provides heat resistance up to 215 °C, prevents yellowing, fading, and gloss loss, and offers high aesthetic durability. Two‑coat films (0.80 µm thick) are applied at 450 g/m² for the base coat and 600 g/m² for the top coat, followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick glass‑fiber layer using CE 92 N8 polyester resin for high mechanical resistance. No post‑coloring is performed. POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used for components such as slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, and roofs. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, offering low cost and excellent resistance to chemicals and environmental conditions. Polyethylene grades are classified by density and chemical properties, which affect molecular weight, crystallinity, and branching. Typical characteristics include good outdoor weather and moisture resistance, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. Polyethylene components are used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher are used. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Material distribution must be uniform, and dimensional tolerances are ±5 %. ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface that improves paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are propelled with compressed air to open micro‑pores in the coating, ensuring optimal paint binding and removing contaminants from the metal substrate.
