Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 530 × 830 cm (209 x 327 in) Safety Area: 830 × 1130 cm (327 x 445 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: 3 + Carrier Construction The carrier structure is fabricated from round steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are cold‑formed, welded by high‑frequency welding, and produced within standard dimensional tolerances. After welding, the tubes are sandblasted and coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat applied in a furnace. The upper ends of the tubes are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened with at least two half‑sphere aluminum rivets to prevent entry of water, moisture, and foreign material. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connectors. The lower sections of the carrier tubes are welded to sheet‑metal flanges at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installation on a hard‑ground surface, the carrier tubes are anchored through the sheet‑metal flanges with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted into 10 mm (0.4 in) holes. For soil installation, an anchoring system of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) sheet‑metal flange is used on a sandblasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall) that stands at least 200 mm (7.9 in) high. Carrier construction tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional tubing, welding seams, or joint marks are permitted. Platforms, guardrails, or clamps must not be welded directly to the carrier tubes. When mounting plastic‑coated or sheet‑metal platforms, flanges may be welded to accommodate a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness, provided they match the platform corners and bolt holes. CTP (CAM FIBER REINFORCED POLYESTER) PRODUCTS CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" (glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyester). It is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. CTP is a composite made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, delivering higher physical strength. The material behaves like wood, concrete, metal, or glass, allowing property adjustments for specific applications and outperforming many conventional materials. It resists climatic changes, temperature variations, chlorinated water, and all chemicals. CTP does not generate static electricity nor conduct electricity. Glass fibers are woven into fine, flexible fabrics, placed in molds with polyester resin and a catalyst to accelerate curing. After multiple layering and curing cycles, the result is a strong, lightweight material that can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A performance gelcoat pigment containing an isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifier provides resistance to heat up to 215 °C, fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading, and matting. The coating is applied in two coats (0.80 µm each) on a film layer of 450 g/m² (two‑coat) or 600 g/m² (single‑coat) with a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick fiber layer, using CE 92 N8 polyester for high mechanical durability. No post‑production coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in a variety of products. It is semi‑permeable, pliable, and highly durable, offering low cost and strong chemical resistance. Depending on density and chemistry, LLDPE is classified into grades; its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, it provides good resistance to external conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, guardrails, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, polyethylene products are colored with masterbatch pigments rated lightfastness 6 or higher. The wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components exposed to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shade structures not subject to load. Thickness must be uniform with a dimensional tolerance of ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Painting All metal parts are first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are then sprayed with compressed air to further open pores and eliminate contaminants before the powder coating is applied.
