Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 590 × 720 cm (232 x 283 in) Safety Area: 890 × 1020 cm (350 x 402 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 – 150 cm (39.4-59.1 in) Maximum Users: 3 Recommended Age: 3 years and up Carrier Construction The carrier frame is fabricated from circular steel tubes that conform to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are cold‑formed with a minimum outer diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in), wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), and joined by high‑frequency welding. After sandblasting, the tubes receive a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat cured in a furnace. Upper tube ends are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened with at least two aluminum rivets, forming half‑sphere caps that prevent ingress of water, moisture, and debris. Vertical and horizontal sand‑blasted tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are connected at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide fittings. The lower ends are welded to steel plate flanges of at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For installation on hard ground, carrier tubes are anchored with steel dowels (minimum 10 mm (0.4 in) holes, 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in) dowels). For soil conditions, an anchorage system comprises four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange, attached to a sand‑blasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall) positioned at least 200 mm (7.9 in) above ground. Carrier tubes are supplied as a single piece with no additional welds or seam marks. Platforms, railings, or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes; however, when installing plastic‑covered or steel platforms, flanges may be welded at platform corners where holes allow a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for “Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester,” meaning glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyester. The material consists of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, providing high mechanical strength. CTP can be used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and more. It is climate‑resistant, tolerates temperature fluctuations, chlorine‑treated water, and chemicals, and does not become electrically charged. The glass fibers are woven into a flexible fabric placed in a mold, mixed with polyester resin and a catalyst, and built up in layers with curing cycles. The resulting composite is strong, lightweight, and can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A high‑performance acrylic‑modified gel coat containing isophthalic/NPG resin withstands temperatures up to 215 °C and offers excellent resistance to fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading, and matting. The coating is applied in two layers (0.80 µm each) for a total weight of 450 g/m² (dual‑coat) or a single layer of 600 g/m², followed by a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer created with CE‑92 N8 polyester for high mechanical durability. No post‑coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a semi‑permeable, flexible, and chemically resistant thermoplastic. Its mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystalline structure, and branching. Regardless of grade, LLDPE offers good outdoor and moisture resistance, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and superior chemical resistance. It is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Component wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure and friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shading elements. Thickness is uniform with a dimensional tolerance of ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel beads are propelled with compressed air to open pores in the coating and eliminate contaminants, ensuring an optimal paint finish.
