Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 760 × 880 cm (299 x 346 in) Safety Area: 1060 × 1180 cm (417 x 465 in) Slide Connection Height: 100 cm (39.4 in) – 150 cm (59.1 in) – 200 cm (78.7 in) Number of Users: 3 User Age Group: 3 years and up Carrier Construction The carrier frame is made from cold‑formed steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are welded using high‑frequency welding and produced within standard tolerances. After sandblasting, the tubes receive a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat in a furnace. Upper ends are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two half‑sphere aluminum rivets, molded to prevent ingress of water, moisture, and foreign matter. Vertical and horizontal sandblasted tubes (≥ 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles with aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connectors. Lower ends are welded to sheet‑metal flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For hard‑ground installations, the steel tubes are anchored with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) through 10 mm (0.4 in) holes in the flanges. For soil installations, an anchoring system of four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a sheet‑metal flange (150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in)) is used on a sandblasted tube at least 200 mm (7.9 in) high, 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, and 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall thickness. All carrier tubes are supplied as single pieces; no additional sections, weld seams, or stitching marks are permitted. Platforms, railings, or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes. For plastic‑coated or sheet‑metal platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded where platform corners and holes match the required dimensions. CTP (CAM Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP (“Cam Fiber Reinforced Plastic”) is a composite made from unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fiber, providing increased mechanical strength. It can replace wood, concrete, metal, glass, and other materials, allowing properties to be tailored for specific applications. The composite resists climate variations, temperature changes, chlorinated water, and a wide range of chemicals, and it does not become electrically charged or conductive. Glass fibers are woven into a fine fabric, placed in a mold with polyester resin and catalyst, then layered and cured. The resulting material is strong, lightweight, smooth, and paintable. A performance gelcoat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers offers UV resistance, color stability, and durability up to 215 °C, with a two‑coat film thickness of 0.80 µm. The coating includes a 5 mm (0.2 in) thick fiber layer made from CE 92 N8 polyester for high mechanical resistance. No post‑production coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in many applications. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, and highly durable, providing low cost and excellent resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, and chemicals. Different grades are produced based on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching, all offering good outdoor durability, flexibility, moderate mechanical strength, and chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness of 6 or higher are required. Component thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure and wear, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading elements not exposed to load. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, grease, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball coating is sprayed with compressed air into the pores, cleaning the metal and preparing it for painting.
