Technical Specifications: - Seating area: 560 × 840 cm (220 x 331 in) - Safety area: 860 × 1140 cm (339 x 449 in) - Slide connection height: 100 – 150 cm (39.4-59.1 in) - User capacity: 3 - User age group: 3 + years Carrier Construction: The load‑bearing structure is made from round steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), meeting TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476 and DIN 2394 standards. Tubes are cold‑formed, high‑frequency welded, sand‑blasted and finished with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat applied in a furnace. The upper ends are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two aluminum rivets, forming a half‑sphere that prevents water, moisture and foreign material from entering. Vertical and horizontal tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are arranged at right angles and joined with aluminum‑cast or injection‑moulded polyamide connectors. The lower ends are welded to steel plate flanges of at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For hard‑ground installation, steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) are inserted through holes of at least 10 mm (0.4 in) in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchorage system of four galvanised M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) screws welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) steel plate flange is used on a 200 mm (7.9 in)‑high, 89 mm (3.5 in)‑diameter sand‑blasted tube. The carrier tubes are continuous—no additional tubing, welding seams or tube joints are present. Platforms, railings or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes; however, for plastic‑covered or steel platforms, flanges with a minimum 5 mm (0.2 in) wall thickness may be welded to match the platform’s corner shape and bolt pattern. CTP (Cam Fiber‑Reinforced Polyester) Products: CTP (Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester) is a glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyester composite used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. It combines unsaturated polyester with glass fibers for increased strength and can replace wood, concrete, metal or glass. CTP is resistant to climate variations, temperature changes, chlorinated water and all chemicals, and it does not become electrically conductive. Glass fibers are woven into a fine fabric, placed in a mold, combined with polyester resin and catalyst, layered, and cured. The result is strong, lightweight, sandable and paintable with a smooth surface. A performance gelcoat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers allows the finish to withstand up to 215 °C, resisting fatigue, cracking, yellowing, fading and matting. The gelcoat is applied in two layers of 0.80 µm thickness, giving a film weight of 450 g/m² for the double coat (600 g/m² for a single coat) and a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer embedded in CE‑92 N8 polyester for high mechanical resistance. No post‑production coloring is applied. Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a semi‑permeable, flexible and durable thermoplastic widely used in industry. Grades are defined by density and chemical characteristics, which affect mechanical properties, molecular weight, crystalline structure and branching. All grades provide good outdoor and moisture resistance, flexibility, modest mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, etc. To prevent color fading, products are tinted with masterbatch pigments rated lightfastness 6 or higher. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for components subjected to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shading elements. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal parts are sand‑blasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface that improves powder‑coat adhesion. Fine steel beads are sprayed with pressurised air to open micro‑pores, allowing the coating to effectively and eliminating contaminants.
