Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 730 × 760 cm (287 x 299 in) Safety Area: 1030 × 1060 cm (406 x 417 in) Slide Connection Height: 150 cm (59.1 in) User Capacity: 3 User Age Group: 3+ Carrier Construction The carrier frame is made from circular steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 89 mm (3.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in), complying with TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476 and DIN 2394 standards. The tubes are cold‑formed, welded with high‑frequency welding, and produced within standard tolerances. After sandblasting, they are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑cure paint. The upper ends are sealed with polyethylene caps fastened by at least two half‑sphere aluminum rivets to keep out water, moisture and debris. Vertical and horizontal tubes (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter) are joined at right angles using aluminum‑cast or injection‑molded polyamide connectors. The lower sections are welded to steel plate flanges measuring at least 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in). For hard‑ground installations, the carrier tubes are anchored with steel dowels (minimum 8 × 75 mm (0.3 x 3 in)) inserted through holes at least 10 mm (0.4 in) deep in the plate flanges. For soil installations, an anchoring system uses four galvanized M10 × 40 mm (0.4 x 1.6 in) bolts welded to a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) plate flange attached to a sandblasted tube (minimum 89 mm (3.5 in) diameter, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) wall) positioned at least 200 mm (7.9 in) above ground. The carrier tubes are single pieces with no additional tubing, welds or seam marks. Platforms, guardrails or clamps are not welded directly to the carrier tubes; however, flanges may be welded to accommodate plastic‑covered or steel platforms, provided the flange thickness is at least 5 mm (0.2 in) and matches the platform corners and holes. CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) Products CTP stands for "Cam Elyaf Takviyeli Polyester" (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester). It is a composite of unsaturated polyester reinforced with glass fibers, offering increased mechanical strength. CTP can replace wood, concrete, metal, glass and other materials because its properties can be tailored to specific applications. The material resists climate conditions, temperature changes, chlorine‑containing water and all chemicals. It does not become electrostatic or conductive. CTP is made by weaving glass yarns into a fine, flexible fabric, placing it in a mold with polyester resin and a catalyst, then layering and curing. The result is strong, lightweight material that can be sanded and painted for a smooth finish. A performance gelcoat pigment containing isophthalic/NPG‑based acrylic modifiers provides heat resistance up to 215 °C, fatigue resistance, and resistance to cracking, discoloration, fading and dulling. Two coats (0.80 µm each) are applied, giving a weight of 450 g/m² for the double coat and 600 g/m² for a single coat, with a 5 mm (0.2 in) fiber layer on a high‑mechanical‑strength CE 92 N8 polyester base. No post‑coloring is performed. Polyethylene Products Low‑density or linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in many applications. It is semi‑permeable, flexible, highly durable, low‑cost and offers excellent chemical resistance. Depending on molecular weight, crystalline structure and branching, its properties vary, but it consistently provides good outdoor durability, moisture resistance, limited mechanical strength and strong chemical resistance. Polyethylene is used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories and roofs. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments with a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher are required. Product wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) in areas subject to pressure or friction, and a minimum of 4 mm (0.2 in) for barriers and shading components not exposed to load. Thickness must be uniform with dimensional tolerances of ±5%. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Paint All metal components are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating pores for better paint adhesion. Fine metal beads are sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the surface before painting. All metal parts are prepared in this manner prior to final assembly.
