Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood specifications: The lumber is 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes up to four sound knots per metre, each knot no larger than one‑quarter of the board’s width. No rot‑affected, split, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per metre, and none longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. No manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) twist per metre of length. Bending: Bending between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length is permitted. Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary supports: Six support legs are fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped blades and given a decorative motif. The legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: Load‑bearing beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with both ends milled for shape. Additional 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) decorative beams, also cut with diamond‑tipped blades, are installed on the load‑bearing beams. All fixed connections use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) clearance is welded to the bottom of each support leg, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) hole is drilled. Anchors are bolted to the legs with screws and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact and securing the legs. Picnic‑gazebo anchors are welded using a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flange that wraps at least two sides of each vertical member. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑member connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked in a furnace.
