Seating Area: 300 × 300 cm (118 x 118 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood characteristics: The frame uses first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Knots: Up to four solid knots per metre; each knot’s diameter must not exceed one‑quarter of the board’s width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: No resin pocket longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per metre; only one pocket per metre is allowed, with no drips or pulls. No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact deformation will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre of length. Bending tolerance: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and free of splinters. Main supports: Six support legs are fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timber, cut with diamond‑tipped specialty blades and featuring a decorative motif. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: Roof support slats are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber, shaped by milling two corners. Additional decorative slats, also 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in), are formed with diamond‑tipped motif blades. All fixed connections use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: At the base of each support leg, a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange is welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate, then a 12 mm (0.5 in)‑diameter hole is drilled. Anchors are bolted to the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact and providing stable footings. Picnic‑gazebo anchors are welded to at least two sides of the flange, with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) weld depth. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a furnace.
