Product Features: Width 37 cm (14.6 in), Height 70 cm (27.6 in), Bin Diameter 29 cm (11.4 in), Bin Height 51 cm (20.1 in). The unit measures 370 mm (14.6 in) in diameter and 700 mm (27.6 in) tall. The outer frame consists of iron slat rods that are 700 mm (27.6 in) high and 5 mm (0.2 in) thick, secured with fastening rings 30 mm (1.2 in) wide and 3 mm (0.1 in) thick. Lower brackets are 60 × 40 mm (2.4 x 1.6 in) and 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick, bent to form the legs. Inside, the bin is 510 mm (20.1 in) high with a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) galvanized sheet metal. The outer casing is built by wrapping 21 slat boards (40 × 20 × 510 mm (1.6 x 0.8 x 20.1 in)) around the circumference and fastening them with wooden screws. A metal bracket at least 30 × 5 mm (1.2 x 0.2 in) is welded to the lower inner frame to hold the bin in place. After fabrication, the metal parts are degreased, descaled, phosphated, rinsed, and allowed to rest for 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. They are then coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. The wooden components are made from first‑grade, impregnated Scots pine.
