Product Features: Width 122 cm (48 in), Height 80 cm (31.5 in), Bin Diameter 29 cm (11.4 in), Bin Height 50 cm (19.7 in). The unit measures 1220 mm (48 in) wide by 800 mm (31.5 in) high and comprises a bin and a carrier frame. The bin is constructed from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, has a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and a 500 mm (19.7 in) height, and is topped with a metal lid of the same thickness that includes a Ø12 cm (4.7 in) opening for waste discharge. The carrier foot is built by welding four vertical Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) sections (800 mm (31.5 in) long) together with three additional Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) pipes. Bins and feet are connected with galvanized bolts, and the bins rotate a full 360° within the feet to allow emptying. Following fabrication, the metal parts are cleaned of oil and rust, undergo furnace curing, are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed, and rested for 10–15 minutes before final surface cleaning. Finally, they receive an electrostatic powder‑paint coating and are cured at 180–200 °C.
