Product Features: Width 44 cm (17.3 in), Height 115 cm (45.3 in), Bin Diameter 20 cm (7.9 in), Bin Height 50 cm (19.7 in). The unit measures 440 mm (17.3 in) wide by 1150 mm (45.3 in) high and consists of a bin mounted on a support frame. The bin is made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter and 500 mm (19.7 in) tall, with a window that opens by hydraulic press and a metal lid of the same thickness. The support foot is formed by bending a Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) profile, and the bin and feet are fastened with galvanized bolts. The bin foot rotates 360° for easy litter emptying. After fabrication, all metal parts are cleaned of oil and rust, washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed, and rested 10–15 minutes before surface cleaning. Finally, the components receive an electrostatic powder coating and are cured at 180–200 °C.
