Seating area: 195 cm (76.8 in) × 210 cm (82.7 in); Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood: First‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and overall dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics: up to four solid knots per piece, total knot diameter no more than one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, splits, partial fusions, or missing knots. Ring cracks are not allowed; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated wood may contain head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Each piece may have one resin pocket up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long; no dripping or sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending may not exceed 1⁄50 of member length; impact ≤ 1⁄100 of member width; twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length; shear bending between 1⁄50 and 1⁄100 of member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main supports: Four support legs made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives and featuring a decorative motif. Legs connect the picnic table to the roof and are 220 cm (86.6 in) tall. Roof: Carrying beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber; two corners of each beam are milled for shaping. The top of the beams is fastened with wooden shiplap or fiber material and may be covered with an American‑cedar‑shingle‑style roofing material. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) lumber with decorative diamond‑cut motifs, attached to the roof beams with galvanized screws. The roof connection frame consists of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, mounting one end to the support structure and the other to the front board. All fixed connections use special galvanized wood screws. Base supports: The base of the covered picnic table is fabricated from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives and decorative motifs. Table and seating frame members attach to the base beams with galvanized screws. Seating units: Two opposite seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) deep, 195 cm (76.8 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Each unit is built with six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats and a backrest of four 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, all fastened with galvanized screws. Table: Measures 80 × 195 cm (31.5 x 76.8 in), made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) pressure‑treated lumber cut with diamond‑tipped knives and decorative motifs. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) thick. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) that are drilled with two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes each (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors are screwed to the underside of the support legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and providing leg stability. Gazebo anchors are fabricated by welding flanges of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness to at least two sides of each upright. Six special screws are inserted into each leg for the upright connection, and two dowelled screws per leg secure the leg to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
