Seating Area: 195 x 210 cm (76.8 x 82.7 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Features: The wood raw material used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material used in production must meet the following criteria: - Knots: each piece may contain up to four sound knots. The total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially cracked or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: no ring cracks. Fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated material may have permissible head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the specified tolerances may apply. - Deflection: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: for each meter of length, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in). - Bark bending: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length will be tolerated. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. Main Supports: Support legs will be made from four 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine timbers cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and given a decorative motif. They will connect the picnic table to the roof structure. The support legs will be 220 cm (86.6 in) high. Roof: The roof’s load‑bearing beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. The top of the beams will be screwed with wood veneer or fiber material. Optionally, the roof may be covered with a shingle‑type material known as American cedar shingles. At the eave, decorative 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden laths with diamond‑tipped blades will be fastened to the roof beams with galvanized screws. The roof connection frame will be assembled using 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) laths cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades; one end attaches to the main support, the other to the eave board. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Support: The lower support of the covered picnic table will be made from pine timber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) with decorative diamond‑tipped blades. Table and seat frame laths will be mounted to the lower support laths with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Two opposite seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 195 cm (76.8 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating units will be built from six wooden laths at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and four back‑rest laths at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), all fastened to the supporting wood with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 195 cm (31.5 x 76.8 in) and is made from pressure‑treated 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood laths cut with diamond‑tipped decorative blades. The table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) thick wood laths. Anchoring: A 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange will be welded onto the bottom of each support leg, then a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate will be drilled with two anchor holes, and each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be installed with screws into the support legs and fastened to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges around at least two sides of each vertical. Six special screws will be inserted into each leg for the vertical connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish.
