Seating area: 180 × 250 cm (70.9 x 98.4 in). Overall height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Metal features: All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profiles are fabricated to a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. Before coating, surfaces are cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then treated with a phosphate bath to create a porous layer for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts receive an electrostatic polyester powder coat and are cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. Wood features: The wood material is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are machined to a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and overall wood dimensions to a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Per meter, the wood may contain up to four sound knots, each not exceeding one‑fourth of the piece width; no rot, defects, or split knots; no ring cracks, although fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted within specification limits. A resin pocket up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long may be present, but there must be no leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are limited to the specified tolerances. Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks shall not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Edge bend tolerance is between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary supports: Four support legs, each at least 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in), are made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Leg height is 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof supports are fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Wooden purlins of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) are attached, with both ends routed for shape, and fastened with galvanized screws to a wood‑filled laminate or fiber material. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden purlins cut with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the roof purlins with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections use special galvanized screws. Base carrier: The base carrier of the covered picnic table is made from a 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The base profile, table legs, and bench frames are assembled with special galvanized screws. Seating unit: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 75 cm (29.5 in). The seating frame uses 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The seat includes eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) attached to the metal frames with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with welding pads (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are installed on the support legs, and plates (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are drilled for anchors, each receiving three 6 mm (0.2 in) threaded holes. Anchors are bolted to the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring a stable installation. Picnic gazebo anchors are welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on both sides. Six special screws connect each leg to the anchor, and two dowelled screws secure each leg to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
