Seating Area: 180 × 255 cm (70.9 x 100 in); Height: 245 cm (96.5 in). Metal: All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish in a furnace. Tube profiles are cut to a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Surfaces are cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then given a phosphate pretreatment to promote paint adhesion. After fabrication, the parts receive an electrostatic polyester paint and are cured at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood: First‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber is used. Wood sections are cut to ± 2 mm (0.1 in) and overall dimensions to ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable knots: up to four solid knots per piece, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, splits, missing knots, ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permitted within tolerance, as are pressure‑impregnation cracks. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, one per piece, without seepage. No inner bark, rot cavities or insect holes. Bending, crushing, twisting and warping tolerances are limited to 1/50–1/100 of the nominal dimension. All visible surfaces are sanded to remove splinters. Primary Supports: Four powder‑coated metal feet (minimum 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in)) serve as the main supports; overall height 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof supports consist of 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Wooden rafters (50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in)) are attached to the profiles, with two corners routed. Rafters are fastened with special galvanized screws to a wooden sub‑. Optional American cedar shingle roofing and decorative wooden slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) are secured with galvanized screws. All fixed connections use the same screws. Lower Support: The covered picnic‑table lower support is made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) powder‑coated metal profile and bolted to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seats each measure 40 cm (15.7 in) wide × 180 cm (70.9 in) long × 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Each unit includes eight wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) attached with galvanized screws. Table: The table is 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), built from impregnated wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with a diamond‑tipped blade. Legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, formed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the underside of the support feet; plates (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) have two anchor holes each, and additional plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) contain three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are fastened to the supports with screws and to the ground with steel expansion anchors, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring stable foot mounting. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanges on at least two sides, using six special screws per foot for uprights and two screws per foot for ground connection. All metal parts receive the same polyester powder coating cured in a furnace.
