Seating area: 300 × 300 cm (118 x 118 in). Roof area: 370 × 370 cm (146 x 146 in). Height: 290 cm (114 in). Structure is built from first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood pieces are cut with a maximum dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), overall dimensions ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each metre of lumber may contain up to four solid knots; knot diameters do not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused or missing knots are permitted. Ring cracks are not allowed; hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may be present, as may pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets are limited to one per metre and must be no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); leaking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are prohibited. Only the specified tolerances are acceptable. Flexure, impact and torsion tolerances are limited to 1/50–1/100 of member dimensions (flexure ≤ 1/50 of length, impact ≤ 1/100 of width, torsion ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre). All visible surfaces are sanded to remove splinters. Main carriers: four support legs made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped knives and featuring decorative motifs. Each leg is 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: supporting beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at the corners, and covered with weather‑resistant board or fiber material fastened with screws. Zipped membranes are attached with wide‑head nails, followed by American cedar shingles installed with the same nails. The front board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wooden slats secured to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used for the main‑carrier to roof junctions. Upper panels: the upper railing is 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives. They are mounted to the main carriers with galvanized wood screws, and intermediate decorative wood pieces are installed with the same hardware. Lower panels (railing): the lower railing is 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Railing frames are also 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and mounted with galvanized wood screws. Decorative wood pieces measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) are shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened similarly. The gate uses two 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts. Seating unit: consists of nine 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main carrier and at the other to a seating slat with four galvanized wood screws. Twelve 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, are fixed with galvanized wood screws after being shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. Anchoring: flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the underside of the support legs, and plates (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are drilled for anchor bolts. Additional plates (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) have three 6 mm (0.2 in) holes each. Anchors are bolted to the legs, and the structure is tied to the ground with steel dowels to prevent water contact with the wood and to secure the legs. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from 2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges welded on at least two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg secure the anchor to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked.
