Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood specifications: 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions tolerance ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Desired characteristics: up to four solid knots per meter (each knot ≤ ¼ of the part width); no rot, defects, partially fused or dropped knots; no ring cracks; micro‑cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permissible; pressure‑treated cracks allowed within tolerance; resin pockets limited to one per meter, no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), with no leaking or sagging resin; no inner bark, rot voids, insect holes, or manufacturing defects; bending ≤ 1/50 of part length; impact ≤ 1/100 of part width; torsion ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; shear between 1/50 and 1/100 of part length; all visible surfaces sanded smooth. Main supports: support legs fabricated from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives to create a motif. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat are routed for shape, then covered with wood‑laminated decking or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated, wide‑head nails install oil‑based membranes, followed by American shingle roofing attached with the same nails. The ridge board uses lumber no smaller than 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, and is mounted to the slats with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between main supports and roof use specially galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: upper guardrails are 35 cm (13.8 in) high. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives, attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from similarly treated wood and fastened with galvanized screws. Lower panels (guardrail): lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑tipped edges, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional motifs are produced from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped by diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized screws. The gate uses two pieces of pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating unit: consists of nine L‑shaped wooden legs (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in)), each leg fixed to a support and to a seating slat with four galvanized screws. Twelve seating slats (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 300 cm (118 in) long) and eight shorter slats (minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), 100 cm (39.4 in) long) are shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) are welded to the bottom of the support legs, then drilled for anchor holes that receive plates sized 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) and 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in). Each plate has three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are bolted to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded with fillet welds of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) on two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the structural connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish.
