Spare parts: • Polyethylene playground train barrier – 6 pcs • Polyethylene train roof – 1 pc • Polyethylene tube passage – 1 pc • Square sand pit – 1 pc • Polyethylene train roof – 1 pc • 116 × 116 mm (4.6 x 4.6 in) square composite platform – 3 pcs • H 100 cm (39.4 in) roofed tower – 4 pcs • Metal climbing entrance – 2 pcs. Polyethylene products are made from low‑ or medium‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE). This thermoplastic is semi‑permeable, pliable and highly durable, offering low cost and excellent resistance to outdoor conditions, moisture, chemicals and moderate mechanical stress. The material’s mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure and branching. To prevent color fading, masterbatch pigments must have a lightfastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) where the material is exposed to pressure or friction, and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for components not subject to pressure, such as barriers and shading items. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. Carrier construction consists of circular steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed according to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint in a furnace. All metal parts are first sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine steel shot is blown into the cavity to open pores, and the metal is degreased in a 70 °C, 5 % alkaline bath for 10 minutes, then rinsed and dipped in a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath for 15 minutes. After rinsing and drying, the parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. The entire product receives a single coat of paint to protect weld points from corrosion.
