Polyethylene Products: Low‑density linear polyethylene (LLDPE) is a semi‑permeable, durable thermoplastic with high chemical resistance, low cost, and good outdoor performance. Components such as slides, stairs, railings, barriers, and roofs are made from polyethylene; colors are applied with masterbatch dyes rated light fastness 6 or higher. Minimum thickness is 6 mm (0.2 in) for pressure‑bearing parts and 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers, with a tolerance of ±5 %. Carrier Construction: The carrier frame uses round‑section steel tubes with a minimum outer diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed per TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394, and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and finished with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat. Electrostatic Powder Coating: All metal parts are sandblasted, shot‑cleaned, then coated with polyester‑based electrostatic powder and baked at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes. After fabrication, components undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C oil‑removal bath (5 % concentration), a 15‑minute, 50 °C iron‑pickling bath (1 % concentration), followed by rinsing, drying, and a final single‑coat powder coating baked at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes.
