Technical specifications: Play area 705 × 1200 cm (278 x 472 in); safety area 1005 × 1500 cm (396 x 591 in); slide‑connection height 100 × 150 cm (39.4 x 59.1 in). Spare parts include: 1 × 100 cm (0.4 x 39.4 in) metal climbing element, 1 × polyethylene tube connector, 6 × polyethylene walkway barriers, 1 × polyethylene train roof, 1 × composite staircase, 1 × metal stair railing, 2 × 100 cm (0.8 x 39.4 in) straight slides, 1 × metal slide rail, 1 × 100 cm (0.4 x 39.4 in) spiral slide, 1 × metal climbing entrance, 3 × 116 × 116 cm (1.2 x 45.7 x 45.7 in) square composite platforms, and 1 × 100 cm (0.4 x 39.4 in) UFO climbing element. Linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used for slides, stairs, railings, barriers, accessories, roofs, and similar components. It is semi‑permeable, can be softened, and is highly durable; its low cost and high resistance make it popular in industry. Depending on density and chemical composition, it is classified into various grades. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. While grades differ, LLDPE generally offers good outdoor and moisture resistance, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts exposed to pressure or friction and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for non‑load‑bearing barriers and shade structures. Thickness tolerance is ±5 %. The carrier structure consists of circular steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and then powder‑coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic finish. All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine metal‑bead coating is sprayed with compressed air to open additional pores and eliminate contaminants. After fabrication, parts are coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. They are then soaked for 10 minutes in a 70 °C, 5 % degreasing bath, followed by a 15‑minute dip in a 50 °C, 1 % iron bath. Final rinsing and drying are performed, and the entire assembly receives a single coating to protect weld joints from corrosion.
