Spare parts: 1 × polyethylene train carriage, 1 × polyethylene tube transition, 2 × polyethylene train roofs, 1 × 100 cm (0.4 x 39.4 in) polyethylene straight slide, 8 × polyethylene train barriers, 1 × composite stair, 1 × metal stair railing, 1 × 150 cm (0.4 x 59.1 in) polyethylene wave slide, 1 × 200 cm (0.4 x 78.7 in) spiral slide, 1 × 150 cm (0.4 x 59.1 in) UFO climbing element, 1 × metal climbing entry, and 4 × 116 × 116 mm (0.2 x 4.6 x 4.6 in) square composite platforms. Low‑ or medium‑density linear low‑density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a thermoplastic used in a variety of products. It is semi‑permeable, moldable, and highly durable, making it cost‑effective and resistant for many industrial applications. Density and chemical properties determine its classification into different grades. Mechanical properties depend on molecular weight, crystal structure, and branching. Generally, LLDPE provides good resistance to outdoor conditions and moisture, flexibility, low mechanical strength, and excellent chemical resistance. To prevent colour fading, masterbatch pigments must have a light‑fastness rating of 6 or higher. Wall thickness must be at least 6 mm (0.2 in) for parts subjected to pressure and friction and at least 4 mm (0.2 in) for barrier and shading components that are not pressure‑exposed. Material must be evenly distributed to achieve uniform thickness. Wall‑thickness tolerance is ±5 %. The carrier construction consists of steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑drawn to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded by high‑frequency welding. Tubes are sandblasted and then electrostatically powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint. All metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball material is sprayed with compressed air to open pores and clean the surface. After fabrication, the components receive a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat and are cured in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes. They then undergo a 10‑minute, 70 °C, 5 % oil‑removal bath followed by a 15‑minute, 50 °C, 1 % iron‑pickling bath. After rinsing and drying, a final polyester‑based powder coat is applied and cured at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes, ensuring weld seams are fully protected from corrosion.
