Seating Area: 300 × 500 cm (118 x 197 in). Roof Size: 370 × 570 cm (146 x 224 in). Height: 300 cm (118 in). Material: First‑grade yellow pine. Wood Characteristics: The timber is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required qualities: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per piece, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the width. No rot, decay, fused or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated wood may have head and length cracks within tolerance. - Resin pockets: One pocket per piece, max 10 cm (3.9 in) long. No leaking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None beyond the specified tolerances. - Deflection: ≤ 1/50 of member length. - Impact marks: ≤ 1/100 of member width. - Twist: ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending of the blade: Allowed between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces sanded smooth, free of splinters. The wood is finished with a white lacquer. Main Supports: Support legs are made from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives to add a motif. Height of support legs is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood; two corners of each slat are routed. Slat surfaces are fastened with wood‑backed siding or fiber material, covered with tar‑impregnated membranes and secured with wide‑head nails. An American‑style shingle roofing material (“American Kiremidi”) is applied with the same nails. The ridge board receives wooden slats (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of eight slats (minimum 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in)) with angled ends, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives, forming a truss that connects the main support to the ridge board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels: Top guardrails are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Guardrail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives for decorative edges, mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces (40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in)) are attached to the upper and lower guardrail frames with the same screws. Lower Panels (Guardrail): Lower guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Guardrail frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded and routed for decorative edges, and mounted to the main supports with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces, backed with wood siding, are attached with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Anchoring: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) is welded to the bottom of each support leg, followed by a plate (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) with two anchor holes; three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the legs, and the structure is secured to the ground with steel dowels to prevent water contact with the wood. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, wrapping around at least two sides of each post. Six specialty screws are installed per leg for post connection, and two doweled screws per leg for ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked.
