Session Area: 300 × 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Size: 370 × 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Material: first‑class Scots pine wood Features: The wood is first‑class Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Requirements: up to four solid knots per piece, each knot no larger than one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, fused or missing knots. No ring checks; microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated pieces may allow permissible head and butt cracks within tolerance. Each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping, sucking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only tolerances specified are permitted. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of member length; crushing not more than 1/100 of member width; twisting not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; deflection tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and painted with white lacquer. Primary Supports: Support posts are pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), machined with diamond‑tipped blades to add a motif. Post height 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof framing uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each beam are routed for shaping. Tops are sheathed with laminated wood decking or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated wide‑head nails attach membrane sheets, followed by American “kiremidi” shingle roofing material secured with the same nails. Soffit uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) lumber with diamond‑tipped motifs, mounted to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. Roof connection employs eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) brackets, cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main support to the soffit. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof connections use specially galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped tools, installed with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) lumber, fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) sanded lumber with diamond‑tipped edges, attached with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are laminated decking lumber, fixed with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood glue. Anchorage: Under each support post an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded; a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate is drilled for two anchors, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are marked on each plate. Anchors are bolted to the posts and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring proper installation. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, wrapped on two sides of the vertical studs by welding. Each post receives six special anchor screws and two dowel screws for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint in a furnace. Seating group not included.
