Seating Area: 320 x 470 cm (126 x 185 in) Roof Size: 390 x 550 cm (154 x 217 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood: First‑grade Scotch pine Wood Characteristics: The raw material for production will be first‑grade Scotch pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Specifications for the wood used in manufacturing include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated crack specifications may allow head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, maximum one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. - Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact indentations will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending in the grain direction: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters. Wood will be painted with a white lacquer. Primary Supports: Support legs will be made from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof beams of the gazebo will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam will be shaped on a router. The top of the beams will be covered with wood‑pressed laminate or fiber material and fastened with screws. Laminates will be fitted with wide‑head special nails and then covered with an American‑style shingle (known as “kiremidi”) using the same wide‑head nails. The fascia board will use molded wooden battens (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame will consist of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted between the main support and the fascia board. All fixed connections will use stainless steel wood screws. Galvanized wood screws will be used for the main support‑to‑roof connections. Upper Panels: The width of the upper railings is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood that has been sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. These frames are mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood measuring 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and are also fastened with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are made from 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped knives, and are mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed laminate and are attached to the railing frames with galvanized screws and a clear special wood adhesive. Anchoring: Four‑15 mm (0.6 in) × 8 mm (0.3 in) × 2 mm (0.1 in) plates will be welded onto a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange attached to the bottom of each support leg; two dowel or anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be drilled, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) will be marked on each plate. Anchors will be screwed to the bottom of the supports and connected to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to minimum‑thickness 2.5 mm (0.1 in) flanges on at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the floor connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
