Wood characteristics: The lumber used is first‑class pine (Pinus sylvestris). Boards are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required quality includes: up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the board width; no rot, decay, fused or missing knots. Cracks: no ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are allowed. Pressure‑treated timber may have permissible axial and transverse cracks within the tolerance limits. Resin pockets: no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) per meter, maximum one per meter. No dripping resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the listed deviations are tolerated. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the board width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and free of splinters. Wood will be finished with a white lacquer. Main supports: Support legs are pine timber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑point knives. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Supporting beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber; two corners of each beam are routed. Beam tops are covered with wooden cladding or fiber material, then fastened with zinc‑coated nails and shingle roofing (American Kiremidi). The eave board uses timber pieces at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), dressed with diamond‑point knives and mounted with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑point knives, connecting the main support to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; roof‑to‑main‑support connections use special galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: Upper railing width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑point knives. Frames are mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber and attached with galvanized screws. Lower panels (railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in) timber, sanded and edged with diamond‑point knives, mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from cladding timber and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Anchoring: An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate drilled for two dowel or anchor holes and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are fastened to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are welded to minimum‑thickness 2.5 mm (0.1 in) flanges on at least two sides. Six special screws are installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two doweled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish.
