Seating area: 300 × 500 cm (118 x 197 in). Roof area: 370 × 570 cm (146 x 224 in). Height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood specifications: First‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Lumber sections are cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each meter of wood may contain up to four sound knots, with the total knot width not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or cracked knots are allowed. Only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible; ring cracks are prohibited. Pressure‑treated wood may contain acceptable head and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter and must not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no leaking, pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are restricted to the tolerances listed. Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact shall not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twist shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending to grain is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main supports: Ten pine timber pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades. Support leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Carrying beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber with both ends routed. The tops are covered with wood‑grade pressure‑treated cladding or fiber material and screwed in place; optional American cedar shingles may be applied over the cladding. The fascia board is made from 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) timber cut with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened to the beams with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber members, with the underside covered in pressure‑treated cladding. Horizontal support frames (50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in)) are spaced every 50 cm (19.7 in). One side of the roof extends for shading and is fully covered with pressure‑treated cladding down to the ground. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used for main‑to‑roof connections. Bottom panels (railings): Railing height 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all faces and beveled at the edges with diamond‑tipped blades, and mounted to the main support with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) timber cut with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened with galvanized screws. Three 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts are used. Anchoring: On each support leg a flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) are drilled, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are made on each plate. The anchors are bolted to the legs and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are fabricated by welding flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick around both sides of the support columns. Six special screws are installed per leg for the column connection, and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
