Seating area: 400 × 1000 cm (157 x 394 in); roof area: 470 × 1070 cm (185 x 421 in); overall height: 330 cm (130 in). Wood: first‑grade Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood characteristics: – Lumber is first‑grade Scots pine; dimensions are cut to project specs with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) for sections and ±20 mm (0.8 in) for lengths. – Knots: up to four solid knots may appear per metre, each knot not larger than one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. – Cracks: ring cracks are not permitted; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks are allowed if within tolerance. – Resin pockets: at most one per metre, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes. – Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only tolerances above apply. – Bending: deflection ≤ 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks ≤ 1/100 of the piece width. – Twisting: ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre. – Shear bending: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. – Sanding: all visible surfaces are sanded smooth, free of splinters. – Wood is finished with a white lacquer. Main supports: support legs made from pine lumber at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives to create a motif; leg height 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in), each slat has two corners routed for shape and are fastened with wood‑pressed laminate or fiber material. Over the laminate, zinc‑coated membranes are installed with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by American cedar shingles. The fascia board uses wooden slats at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight slats at least 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, connecting the main support to the fascia. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used where the main supports meet the roof. Upper panels: upper railing width 35 cm (13.8 in); railing frames 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and beveled with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, also attached with galvanized screws. Lower panels (railing): lower railing height 75 cm (29.5 in); railing frames 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), sanded and beveled similarly, mounted with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are made from wood‑pressed laminate, secured with galvanized screws and a clear specialty wood adhesive. Anchoring: beneath each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchor holes are drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are fastened to the bottom of the supports with screws and to the ground with steel dowels to keep water away from the wood. Gazebo anchors are made by welding flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick around a minimum of two sides of the vertical members; six special screws are installed per leg for the connection to the vertical members and two doweled screws per leg for ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked. Seating group is not included.
