Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in). Wood Specifications: First‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber will be used. Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions have a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four solid knots, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece’s width. There is no rot, worm damage, partially fused or missing knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within specifications. Pressure‑treated wood may show permissible head‑ and foot‑cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets: at most one per piece, no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), with no dripping, pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the defined tolerances apply. Bending deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Elastic buckling is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four pine lumber pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives that impart a motif, will form the support legs. The legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: Supporting beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood; two corners of each beam are routed for shape. The tops are fastened with wooden laminated decking or fiber material, over which zinc‑coated membranes are installed with wide‑head nails, followed by an American cedar shingle roof. The ridge board receives 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden strips, also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and attached with galvanized wood screws. For roof connection, eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, form a framing that links the main supports to the ridge board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections use specially galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): The lower railings are 75 cm (29.5 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood with all faces sanded and edges beveled by diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, and attached with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Five pieces of wood at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) form the gate—two for the gate and one on each side. Seating Unit: Nine wooden L‑shaped legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attach one end to the support structure and the other to the seating frame. Four wooden slats, each cut with diamond‑tipped motif knives, are fastened to the seating frame with galvanized screws. Anchoring: An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are screwed to the bottom of the supports and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and providing a stable footing. Gazebo anchors are fabricated by welding minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges around at least two sides of the vertical posts. Six special screws are installed on each leg for the post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked.
