Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 300 × 500 cm (118 x 197 in) Roof Area: 370 × 570 cm (146 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The gazebo is built from first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). All wood sections are cut to a dimensional tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. Acceptable wood features include: - Knots: up to four solid knots per metre; knot clusters may not exceed one‑quarter of the board width. No rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permitted. Pressure‑treated wood may show head and body cracks within tolerance. - Resin pockets: at most one per metre, no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or sucking resin, inner bark, decay cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the stated tolerances may cause deviations. Bending: ≤ 1/50 of the member length. Impact: ≤ 1/100 of the member width. Twist: ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre of length. Flexural deviation: between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and free of splinters, then coated with white lacquer. Main Supports: Six support legs are made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) yellow‑pine beams, each shaped with diamond‑tipped knives to create a motif. Leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Support slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood; two corners of each slat are routed for shaping. The tops are fastened with wooden veneer or fiber material. Zinc‑coated wide‑head nails attach felt membranes to the veneer, and the same nails secure American cedar shingle roofing (“kiremidi”). At the eave, minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) diamond‑tipped slats are mounted on the roof slats with galvanized screws. The roof‑connection frame consists of twelve 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws or polymer adhesive; galvanized wood screws are used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Anchoring: Under each support leg a flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are fastened to the legs with screws and to the floor with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs to the ground. Gazebo anchoring uses flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick welded around a minimum of two sides of the vertical studs. Six special screws are installed per leg for the stud connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint.
