PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 300 × 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 × 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) • Wood Features: The structure is built from first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Lumber sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per metre; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the component width. No rot, decay, partially fused or split knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated wood may contain acceptable axial and tangential cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Up to one pocket per metre, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre. - Saw‑tooth bend: Allowable between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth and finished with white lacquer paint. • Primary Load‑Bearing Columns: Eight pine beams, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), are machined with diamond‑tipped blades to add a motif. Column height is 240 cm (94.5 in). • Roof: The gazebo roof uses 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden rafters. Two corners of each rafter are routed for shaping. Rafters are covered with wood‑laminated siding or fiber panels fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated nails secure the siding, and an American‑style shingle (often called “kiremidi”) is applied with wide‑head nails. The soffit receives 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) decorative wooden slats, also cut with diamond‑tipped blades, and attached to the rafters with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel screws; galvanized wood screws are used for main‑frame‑to‑roof connections. • Lower Panels (Guardrails): Guardrail height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with specialty diamond‑tipped blades. Frames are mounted to the primary columns with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs consist of 2.5 cm (1 in)‑thick, 10 cm (3.9 in)‑wide laminated panels, also attached with galvanized screws. • Anchoring: For each column, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded onto a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, then two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, followed by three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the columns and to the ground with steel dowels, keeping wood away from water and securing the columns. Gazette anchorage plates are welded on at least two sides with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead. Six special screws are installed per column for anchorage, and two dowelled screws per column for ground attachment. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked.
