Product Technical Specifications Seating Area: 300 × 400 cm (118 x 157 in) Roof Area: 370 × 470 cm (146 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood: The timber will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Lumber dimensions are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per board; knot diameter may not exceed one‑quarter of the board width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permitted. Pressure‑treated environments may allow limited head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No more than one resin pocket per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the tolerances listed apply. - Bending: Deflection must not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks must not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Twist may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Edge bending: Deflection tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Six pine lumber pieces, minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades and given a motif. Support leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Primary rafters are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners of each rafter shaped on a router. The rafter tops are fastened with wood‑on‑wood boards or fiber material, then covered with a zinc‑coated membrane and wide‑head special nails. The roof is finished with American cedar shingles installed with wide‑head special nails. Fascia boards are 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped blades and attached to the rafters with galvanized wood screws. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the primary supports and the roof use special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, edges sanded and cut with diamond‑tipped blades, and mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, cut with special diamond‑tipped blades and attached with galvanized screws. The gate uses two pine pieces, minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in). Seating Unit: Consists of nine L‑shaped wooden legs, minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), each leg attached at one end to the support and at the other end to the seating frame with four galvanized wood screws. Each leg receives twelve 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, 300 cm (118 in) long, and eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats, 100 cm (39.4 in) long, all cut with diamond‑tipped blades and fastened with galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate drilled for two anchor holes. A 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate is drilled for three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes each. Anchors are bolted to the support legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) gauge flange, welded on both sides, and secured with six special screws per leg. Ground connections use two doweled screws per leg. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Impregnation: (details not provided).
