Block rubber flooring is environmentally friendly because it is made from 100 % recycled material. The rubber is produced by grinding vehicle tires into granules, pigmenting them for color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a dough. This compound is pressed at controlled temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) in various shapes. Our product is supplied in 100 × 100 cm panels with thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, or 5 cm (2 in), available in tile‑color and black. The large size makes block rubber suitable for flooring in overpasses, machine bays, industrial and factory labs, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walkways, feed farms, terraces, balconies, schoolyards, preschools, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool decks, bike paths, garages, barns, stables, and similar expansive spaces. The material is flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing, providing sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire resistance. It resists sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions, and its slip‑resistant surface ensures safety.
