Product Technical Features Seat area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood characteristics: First‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Sections are cut to a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood must meet these criteria: knots – up to four solid knots per linear meter, each no larger than one‑quarter of the board width, with no rot, defects, or partially fused/fallen knots; cracks – no ring cracks, hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) permitted, as are pressure‑treated cracks within tolerance; resin pockets – maximum one per linear meter, no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), without dripping, pulling, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. No other manufacturing defects beyond the tolerances are allowed. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of member length; impact marks not more than 1/100 of member width. Twist limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per linear meter. Shaft bending tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary supports: Eight legs made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped blades to create a decorative motif. Legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: Supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) timber, routed at two corners, and fastened with wood screws to a wooden sub‑ or fiber material. Zinc‑coated shingles (American creosote) are installed with wide‑head nails, with a ridge board secured by galvanized nails. A lower beam of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), also decorative, is mounted to the slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main support to the lower beam. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; main‑support‑to‑roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Upper panels: Upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) high. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) timber, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative diamond blade, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Inter‑spacers are wood, attached with galvanized screws. Lower panels (railing): Lower railing is 75 cm (29.5 in) high, built with the same 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded timber, attached with galvanized wood screws. Additional wooden motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades, are installed with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Seating unit: Consists of eight 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden legs, each attached at one end to the main support and at the other to the seating slats. Slats are shaped with diamond‑tipped blades and fixed with galvanized screws. Anchoring: An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to the bottom of each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer and two dowel or anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each washer has three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors bolt to the legs with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood. Gazebo anchors are welded to at least two sides of the flange with a 2.5 mm (0.1 in) gap. Six special screws are installed per leg for the vertical connection and two per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with polyester paint in a furnace.
