Seating area dimensions: 180 × 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in); Height: 245 cm (96.5 in). Metal components: All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Tube profiles are fabricated to a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in) as required. Before coating, metal surfaces are cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, phosphated to create a porous surface, then painted electrostatically. Wood components: First‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber is used. Wood sections are cut to a dimensional tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in) and width tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable knots: up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding ¼ of the piece width; no decay, rot, split knots, ring cracks, or insect damage. Fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with a maximum of one per meter; no leaking resin or bark is allowed. Bending tolerance ≤ 1/50 of part length; impact marks ≤ 1/100 of part width; twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; crown deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of part length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Primary carriers: Four metal legs (minimum 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in)) fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated profiles, height 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof structure: Supporting members made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Wooden laths (50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in)) are CNC‑routered at two corners and fastened with wood‑grade screws to a wood laminate or fiber base. American cork shingles are installed with wide‑head nails; a zinc‑coated membrane is attached similarly. The ridge board receives decorative wooden laths (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and secured with galvanized screws. All connections use special galvanized screws. Lower carrier: Fabricated from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) powder‑coated metal profile and joined to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Seating units: Two opposite units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Carrier sections are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal; each unit includes eight wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑support laths (minimum 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in)) fastened with galvanized screws. Table: Top measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), constructed from wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and finished with an impregnation treatment. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Each carrier leg has an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange welded to its underside, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate on top. Anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate) and screw holes (3 × 6 mm (0.1 x 0.2 in)) are drilled as specified. Anchors are installed with screws beneath the carriers and secured to the floor with steel dowels to prevent water contact with wood and to stabilize the legs. Picnic gazebo anchors are welded to the flanges on at least two sides, using six special screws per leg for vertical fixation and two doweled screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components receive the polyester‑based powder coating and are baked in a furnace.
