Seating Area: 500 x 300 cm (197 x 118 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: Knots – each piece may contain up to 4 solid knots, and total knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated environment specifications may allow acceptable head and side cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, inner shells, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. No manufacturing defects; deviations only within the specified tolerances. Deflection – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Blade deflection – will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters.
